The team drives commercial growth by securing new tenants and strengthening long -term partnerships that create value for customers, partners and Scentre Group.
Within this, the Retail Design & Delivery team partners closely with retailers to design and deliver their stores across our Westfield destinations. The team supports the end -to-end delivery process from lease execution through to store opening, ensuring retailers are set up for success while delivering strong commercial and customer outcomes for the business.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

- Support the delivery of retail tenancies in line with agreed timelines, operational requirements and lease commitments
- Coordinate tenancy delivery activities to support retailers though the shop opening process from lease execution through to store opening
- Work closely with retailers, consultants and internal stakeholders to coordinate approvals, documentation, inspections and operational readiness activities
- Monitor delivery timelines and proactively identify risks, delays or issues that may impact opening dates or operational outcomes
- Support initiatives that reduce leased -to-open timelines and improve delivery efficiency across the portfolio
- Coordinate communication and information flow between Retail Delivery, Leasing, Design, Construction, Centre Operations and external partners
- Maintain accurate tracking, reporting and documentation relating to tenancy delivery activities and milestones
- Participate in project meetings, retailer discussions and operational planning activities to support successful tenancy outcomes
- Support site inspections, handovers and operational readiness checks during the tenancy delivery process
- Build strong working relationships with retailers and business partners to support positive delivery experiences and outcomes
