In this role, you will lead the delivery of safe, sustainable, and high-quality facilities operations that support the successful performance of Westfield Coomera. You will balance day to day operational excellence with long term planning, working collaboratively with your team, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure the centre operates efficiently and continues to meet the needs of our customers and partners.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading key facilities initiatives that support our strategy to operate as a safe, sustainable, and responsible business
- Delivering high quality day to day facilities services that support the Centre team and enhance the customer experience
- Using data and insights to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and environmental performance
- Coaching and supporting the facilities team, building a culture of ownership, safety, and service excellence
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive asset life cycle plan that outlines facilities priorities and future capital requirements
- Building strong relationships with contractors and partners to ensure services are delivered to a consistently high standard
- Leading responses to incidents and emergencies, ensuring accurate reporting and timely escalation in line with established processes
- Overseeing all maintenance, repair, and capital works projects to deliver practical and cost effective solutions that support long term asset performance
As part of the asset team, you will also hold Duty Management responsibilities, including 1-2 weekend shift on a rostered basis, balanced with a day off in lieu.

You will also bring:
- Relevant experience in retail, hospitality, property, facilities management, or another customer focused environment
- Proven people leadership experience, with the ability to coach and develop high performing teams
- Strong commercial capability, including experience managing budgets and providing recommendations on operating and capital expenditure
