An exciting opportunity to join Scentre Group as a Platform Analyst – Video Analytics, supporting the delivery and optimisation of video analytics and machine learning enabled platforms across our destinations. This role connects business needs with technical solutions, helping bridge physical environments, digital systems and security capabilities. You’ll play a key role in improving safety, operational efficiency and customer experience through reliable, high‑performing technology platforms.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Acting as the subject matter expert for video analytics platforms across the portfolio
- Translating business requirements into technical scopes, delivery plans and documentation
- Supporting end‑to‑end delivery of initiatives, including configuration, testing, issue resolution and Go‑Live
- Working closely with vendors, Platform Leads and operations teams to ensure solutions are fit for purpose
- Driving continuous improvement of platforms, processes and operational support models
What sets you apart
We are seeking an experienced platform or technology analyst with strong capability in video analytics, CCTV or similar environments, and the ability to connect technical delivery with business outcomes. You bring experience working across complex, physical and digital environments, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a detail‑oriented approach to documentation, problem‑solving and delivery.
