Your opportunity
The Analytics, Insights & Research team is a multidisciplinary group of researchers, data scientists, analysts and strategists dedicated to helping the business better understand customers, communities, partners and destinations. The team uses data and analytics to inform decisions, unlock opportunity and enable the delivery of the Scentre Group Plan, Purpose and Growth Ambition.
The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for turning business needs into clear, practical reporting and analysis that supports better decision-making across the CCD portfolio. The role connects business questions with data outcomes, ensuring insights are accurate, relevant and actionable.
By partnering with stakeholders and working across the broader data ecosystem, this role plays a key part in improving how the business measures performance, understands customers and identifies opportunities for growth. Its impact is seen in the quality of decisions made, the clarity of insights delivered, and the increasing maturity of data-led thinking across the organisation.
What will set you apart from the rest?
- Experience working on a membership program
- 4+ years experience in a senior data analyst role
- You build high-quality dashboards, reports and analytical outputs using tools such as Tableau and SQL
- You prepare, clean and shape complex data sets to support accurate and reliable analysis
- You translate business problems into clear measurement frameworks, KPIs and reporting solutions
- You apply strong knowledge of customer, marketing or lifecycle analytics to generate meaningful insights
- You work confidently across large and complex data environments, including cloud platforms such as BigQuery
- You apply data governance, validation and quality practices to ensure trust in data outputs
- You use AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity and insight generation
- You bring practical experience from working in data, analytics or business intelligence roles, ideally in customer or marketing-focused environments
- You have learned how to balance technical delivery with stakeholder needs to ensure outputs are both accurate and useful
