We have exciting casual opportunities available for both Concierge Attendants and Valet Parking Attendants, supporting the delivery of exceptional customer experiences across the centre.
As a Concierge Attendant, you’ll be the friendly face of the centre – welcoming customers, assisting with enquiries and enhancing every visit. As a Valet Parking Attendant, you’ll deliver a seamless and professional parking experience, ensuring every customer enjoys a premium level of service from arrival to departure.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
Concierge Attendant
- Welcoming customers and providing centre directions and recommendations
- Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers
- Processing Westfield Gift Card sales and other services
- Managing administrative tasks such as lost property and enquiries
Valet Parking Attendant
- Greeting valet customers and creating a warm first impression
- Safely parking and retrieving customer vehicles
- Processing valet payments (cash and electronic)
- Managing traffic flow and supporting valet operations during peak periods
This role is a casual position, working across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

- Experience in customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality or guest services)

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
For Valet Parking Attendants:
- Holds a valid full Australian driver’s licence (manual/auto)
- Confident in driving and parking a variety of vehicles (valet experience desirable)
