Our Leasing Finance team plays a key role within our Operations Finance department, as finance business partners to our Leasing & Retail Solutions team. The Leasing Finance team supports commercial decisions and provides financial insights and analysis to our Leasing and Retail Solutions stakeholders.
As a Leasing Finance Analyst, you’ll be business partnering with the Leasing & Retail Solutions Team by providing financial support to facilitate decision making.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
- Financial and Management Reporting - Produce and review accurate budgets, long term forecasts, bi-monthly forecasts for a portfolio of centres
- Stakeholder Engagement - Analytical support to internal and external stakeholders to deliver on strategic plan.
- Create Insights and Strategic Analysis - Provide numerical support for leasing decisions related to gross rent data across a portfolio of centres
- Managing deliverables - Prioritise work so that regular timetabled deliverables are delivered on time and are of a consistent quality while working on ad hoc work requested from Leasing Execs
- Innovation ‐Support the delivery of a range of Finance Plan on a Page initiative that help Scentre Group achieve its strategic objectives
This role is a fixed term contract opportunity for 18 months.
