Commercial Manager
Your opportunity
We’re looking for a Commercial Manager to lead the end‑to‑end operations of our vending portfolio across Scentre Group’s 42 Westfield destinations in Australia and New Zealand.
If you enjoy commercial problem‑solving, building strong relationships and driving operational results, this role offers a great opportunity to make a real impact.
In this role, you will:
- Manage the full vending portfolio across our AU/NZ living centres
- Deliver commercial plans that drive growth and great partner and customer experiences
- Support annual budgets through negotiation, risk assessment and identifying opportunities
- Maintain accurate financial, compliance and commercial records
- Build strong internal relationships and find opportunities to grow the portfolio
- Oversee monthly account management, including invoicing, reconciliations and reporting
- Lead documentation and compliance processes with vending partners
- Deliver rollout projects for new partners or upgrades, working closely with teams to improve processes and systems
What sets you apart
We’re looking for someone commercially minded, organised and confident managing multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
You’ll have:
- Experience in retail, contract management, operations or project delivery
- Experienced in stakeholder, project or account management
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Ability to work across complex environments with multiple stakeholders
- Solid Microsoft skills; Adobe Acrobat and Salesforce experience is a plus
