This is an exciting opportunity with the Operational Technology team where you’ll act as a trusted advisor and partner to business leaders. Partnering closely with them to shape strategy, optimise processes and define impactful technology solutions aligned to our broader technology vision.
This role is a full time, 12-month fixed term contract.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
- Leading the development of business roadmaps in partnership with stakeholders, solution leads, and domain/enterprise architects
- Develop lean canvases and robust business cases to support strategic initiatives
- Analyse and optimise business processes, translating requirements into clear functional specifications and driving timely sign-off
- Bringing the voice of the user into technology from solution design to project operationalisation
- Conduct system and data flow analysis and partner with solution and technology leads on high-level solution design, delivery roadmaps, and effort estimation aligned to business needs
- Inform on delivery progress, risks, sprint metrics, and project reporting within JIRA
