Join the team at Westfield Sydney as a Valet Parking Supervisor, leading our flagship premium valet operation in one of Australia’s most iconic retail destinations.

As the first and last touchpoint of the customer journey, our valet experience sets the tone for every visit. In this high-profile, fast-paced environment, you’ll shape service excellence, uplift team culture and accountability, and elevate the overall customer experience.

Working closely with the Services Supervisor and Valet Team Leader, you’ll deliver a seamless, refined valet experience while building your leadership capability within a supportive and collaborative flagship team.

Day-to-day, you will:

As the Valet Parking Supervisor, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our valet team, balancing hands-on service delivery with team leadership and operational goals.

  • Lead, coach and develop the Valet team to deliver a seamless, premium guest experience.
  • Drive team performance standards, fostering accountability and a high-performance culture.
  • Manage rostering, timesheets and wage control to optimise resourcing and cost efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and contribute to income growth.
  • Support people management processes including performance conversations and development planning.
  • Align team priorities with the Asset Business Plan and centre-wide objectives.
  • Build strong working relationships with Centre Management, Marketing, retailers and customers.
  • Provide hands-on operational support, including confidently driving a range of vehicles.

This is a permanent full-time position based onsite at Westfield Sydney.

  • Driver Confidence & Licence – Valid full manual Australian driver’s licence with the ability to safely operate a range of vehicles.
