Your Opportunity
At Scentre Group, we’re known to be a leader within retail property. An interesting part of our business is our Embedded Networks and Energy Team, which manage the energy requirements for our destinations to power HVAC, lighting, vertical transport, and key infrastructure. We also on-sell the supply of energy to our retailers.

As a Customer Billing Analyst, you will be the heartbeat of our operations, ensuring that customer needs are met with precision and care. Your expertise will drive value through the investigation and resolution of customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of retail billing and settlement systems, ensuring processes are efficient, timely, and accurate.
- Dive into customer inquiries, investigating and resolving issues or escalating them as necessary.
- Collaborate with energy service providers to ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Assist in developing innovative customer offers and manage contracts effectively.
- Facilitate operational and regulatory processes for new connections.
- Keep meticulous records of contracts to support our business needs.
What Sets You Apart?
We’re seeking a collaborative team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to thrive in our fast-paced environment. You will bring:
- Experience in finance or energy administration, with a preference for background in energy/utility billing.
- A knack for adapting quickly to shifting priorities and excelling under pressure with multiple deliverables.
- Proven skills in customer relations, including handling challenging situations, negotiation, and effective issue resolution.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
