Your opportunity
Working as part of a fast-paced sales, collaborative team the Sales Coordinator provides process, systems and client service support, to directly assist revenue generation and client management across a defined territory
Reporting to the Group Sales Manager, the Sales Coordinator will be required to;
- Accurately process and provide booking documentation within the specified timeframe to ensure stakeholder expectations are met
- Prepare high quality information and insights for client proposals within specified timelines
- Assist Sales Executive & Group Sales Manager to constantly implement initiatives to drive stakeholder engagement
- Develop proactive opportunities to support the sales team in generating additional demand
- General administration duties and system support for the sales team
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement to ensure best practice is applied across the full sales process.
What will set you apart from the rest?
- Experience in a sales or team administration support role
- Marketing/Advertising/Retail exposure preferred
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise workflow
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM tool, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
