Contracts Administrator- Parramatta
Your opportunity
Join our Projects team as a Contracts Administrator, where you will play a key role in procurement, contract administration, and financial reporting to ensure project objectives are met. You will work closely with project teams, contractors, and key stakeholders to manage contracts, control costs, and deliver high-quality project outcomes. This role is integral in ensuring compliance with Work, Health, Safety & Environmental (WHS&E) standards while achieving commercial and program objectives.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
- Managing all commercial and financial activities to ensure project objectives for time, cost, quality, and WHS&E are achieved.
- Overseeing the procurement, establishment, and administration of subcontracts and supply agreements.
- Ensuring all commercial administration activities align with company policies and procedures.
- Managing cost control, reporting, and timely payment of subcontractors in compliance with legislative requirements.
- Developing procurement strategies and negotiating strong commercial outcomes
This role is permanent, full-time.
What sets you apart
We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially savvy Contracts Administrator with experience in tendering, procurement, and contract management. You will have a strong understanding of cost control, financial reporting, and health & safety engagement, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
