We’re looking for a passionate people leader to join our Customer Care Centre (CCC) team, the heart of Westfield Customer Support. As the Customer Care Supervisor, you’ll lead and inspire a team of specialists who deliver exceptional service to our customers every day. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive team culture, supporting operations, and helping us deliver seamless experiences that make every Westfield visit special.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching, and motivating your team to deliver high-quality service and meet key performance targets.
- Providing ongoing feedback and development opportunities to build capability, engagement, and confidence.
- Monitoring daily operations and performance metrics to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement.
- Managing escalations and supporting your team during busy periods to maintain smooth operations.
- Working closely with the wider CCC leadership team to share insights, drive outcomes, and celebrate wins together.
- Championing safety, wellbeing, and inclusion across the workplace.
This role is permanent, full-time, working Tuesday to Saturday.
