Program Manager – Commercial & Portfolio 12mth FTC

Your opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager to join our Commercial & Portfolio team in a 12mth Fixed Term Contract where you will be responsible for driving the planning, prioritisation, and the successful delivery of key Technology initiatives.

• Partner with the Group Manager/Heads of/ Business Owner to develop and document the programs scope and timeline​.
• Work with the Business Owner to develop annual and quarterly plans and to monitor, update and report on this​.
• Ensure that the program of work is built with a clear assurance framework relevant to the workstream and that key stakeholders including Privacy, Risk, Data Governance and Cyber are engaged in a regular and timely way. ​
• Support the leadership team in prioritising work in the program and more broadly across the portfolio. ​
• Support the program team to resolve any outstanding issues and to clear the way so that the team can get to a resolution as quickly as possible​.

What will set you apart from the rest? 

• Thorough understanding of project management from conception to completion including use of collaboration and tracking tools​
• A strong track record in stakeholder management​
• Planning and prioritisation of complex initiatives including cross functional interdependencies​.
• A strong track record of partnering with the business and influencing and managing stakeholders at all levels to ensure positive business outcomes.​
• A self-starter who is comfortable setting up program management frameworks and navigating ambiguity​
• Ability to facilitate and lead workshops and innovation sessions​.
• Commercial Acumen to decision making​
