Your opportunity
In this exciting opportunity you will lead the Marketing team to deliver on the centre marketing plan. Inspire and deliver exceptional customer experiences every day - by engaging and connecting with customers and the community, partnering with retailers and using insights to influence key asset decisions.
Your responsibilities include:
- Deliver the annual Marketing plan and maximise the commercial outcome.
- Manage the Marketing budget, including monthly forecasting process.
- Constantly seek new trends, innovations and process improvements that drive efficiency – share with other Senior MMs to drive cross-regional collaboration to achieve efficiencies.
- Be a custodian of the Westfield brand and act as a change advocate to support new programs and initiatives that impact the customer experience and business performance.
- Be the customer’s voice and effectively influence business decisions that impact their experience within the region and centre, collaborating with centre and regional retailers.
- Present and thoroughly understand customer knowledge and insights, influence key decisions for the future of the asset.
- Be a leader within the Centre Team and ensure the centre it is well presented every day. Undertake rostered CX Lead responsibilities including late night and weekend trade and participate in emergency management planning and training.
This role will report directly into the Regional Marketing Manager. This role will involve duty management shifts which does include working Thursday nights and some weekends on a roster basis.
What will set you apart from the rest?
We are looking for a Strategic thinker with the ability to think creativity to support our teams to deliver market first campaigns. You will have a passion for retail in particular luxury retail and be someone who keep across international trends and markets.
You will also have the following:
- Previous experience leading Marketing teams within a fast-paced industry like retail, property or media.
- Obsessed with customer experience.
- Ability to b balance commercial acumen and entrepreneurial spirit, passion and integrity.
- Superior attention to detail and excellence in execution, with excellent communication skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and quickly learn to skills and systems.
- Ability to connect the dots on insights gained to clearly articulate strategies.
