Your opportunity
The parking experience is often the initial and final impression for customers and retailers visiting our Westfield Living Centres.
As the Car Park Supervisor at Westfield Mt Gravatt, you will directly report to the Services Manager and play a pivotal leadership role. Your main focus will be on ensuring efficient management of the car park operations, encompassing physical, personnel, procedural, and commercial aspects. This position is a 6-month contract position.
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Lead, coach, and develop the parking team to provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement improvements for the parking experience.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) while maintaining overall operational awareness.
- Analyse data to identify trends and insights that drive future enhancements.
- Ensure safety standards are maintained within the car park, partnering with relevant teams.
- Work with the Centre Risk and Security Manager to manage Workplace Health and Safety (WH&S), including reviewing and updating WH&S documentation such as the WH&S Management Plan, Traffic Management Plan, and Peak Traffic Flow Plan.
These responsibilities are crucial for delivering outstanding customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of the car park.
