Senior Product Manager
This exciting opportunity is for a Senior Product Manager where you will be a key member of our broader technology team to help support the successful end-to-end delivery of business outcomes and value.
Your opportunity
As the Senior Product Manager, you will be a trusted partner and advisor to business leaders to help understand their business strategy, technology requirements and business processes. You will collaborate with the technology teams to identify and shape solutions to ensure business value is realised.
- Own the development of the business roadmap whilst taking both business stakeholders and solution leads on the journey.
- Responsible for work prioritisation and delivery for the team
- Responsible for completing lean canvases and business cases.
- Maintain technical awareness of platform capabilities and limitations.
- Liaise between the engineering team and business stakeholders.
- Responsible for leading and chairing ideation workshops; securing all the relevant business and technology stakeholders to ensure delivery.
- Capture and shape high level business goals and plans to identify solutions by co-identifying high level problems and areas of improvements with and within the business and in your assigned program of work.
- Recognise trends and opportunity within business and technology operations.
- Liaise with solution/tech lead for high level solution design, recommendations, technology or platform delivery roadmap and estimation against business requirement/initiative.
- Collect and report progress metrics on a regular basis (based on initiative milestones, Break Fixes/Release, Sprint cycle)
- Overall sprint and data management for the project in JIRA, includes monitoring of delivery workflow.
What will set you apart from the rest?
- In-depth Human Resource/Finance experience, ideally previously worked with PeopleSoft/JDE or similar ERP.
- Certified Scrum Master (advantageous)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong facilitation skills
- Confident in Relationship management
- Detail oriented with high level of accuracy.
- Analytical skills and excellent Process documentation
- Experienced in lean thinking and agile practices.
- Master in diagnosing complex problems, root-causes, and able to communicate findings with
