Your opportunity
We are on the lookout for a talented Centre Manager to lead the Westfield North Lakes team. This is a key leadership role focused on guiding the team to connect with our customers, business partners, and the community to help us deliver on our strategy—encouraging more people to visit more often and stay longer.
As a key member of the customer-facing team, the Centre Manager will be responsible for driving operational, safety, service, and commercial outcomes for the centre. You will prioritise the team's focus on areas our customers tell us are most important, using NPS and customer listening tools as our primary reference points to ensure we’re delivering on expectations.
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Creating, maintaining, and monitoring the customer and safety led culture of Westfield North Lakes ensuring the team is coached and empowered to deliver great experiences every day.
- Growing team capability and engagement.
- Ensuring the effective financial and commercial performance by delivering strong commercial outcomes across the centre P&L and capital planning processes
- Ensuring compliance to WHS and life safety standards across the team and contract partners
- Gaining Asset team alignment on all strategic planning and priorities
- Utilise customer listening tools to inform strategic plans and operational excellence.
This role is an 18-month parental leave cover, offered as a full-time position based onsite at Westfield North Lakes.

We are looking for someone with a wealth of experience in centre management and team leadership. Your proven track record will highlight your ability to achieve results by effectively influencing stakeholders. In addition, your expertise in project management and financial management will be invaluable contributions to the Centre Manager role.
